Lost all phone audio after dropping

I dropped my 5s and then lost all audio when in phone calls. (I'm not sure if drop is related) there is no sound sent or received when I make or receive a call. The same holds true for when using speaker or headphones. However the phone still rings, plays music and will FaceTime with out issue.

I've noticed that if I attempt to make a call, there is about a 5 second delay before the call registers on the screen.

I've reset network settings, toggled noise cancellation. I've been scouring the internet for a week with no luck. Is anyone seen this before.?
