What should I buy to replace a damaged screen

So I have an Iphone 5c and a few days ago I dropped it and it caused quite abit of damage. The top part of the screen around the camera area is completely gone exposing the camera. The actual display part of the phone only has a few cracks and works completely fine.

I have looked on Ebay an I am not to sure what product I need to buy. I have attached links to the two products im looking at.

Options

eBay is garbage for parts.

But if you are going to buy one, it will be the first one, and not just the glass like the second one.
