difference between the LCD connector on iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c?

got a few pins broken off an iphone 5s and i have an iphone 5c for parts. im wondering if i could desolder the connector off the 5c and solder it to the 5s.

Since you have both, why don't you compare them? I would've answered if I knew the answer. But that's what I would do to find out for myself.

Jake, they are not compatible. The 5C uses a AA22LB-P 28 contact connector (14 on each side) and the 5S uses a BM15AP(0.8)-22DS-0.35V 22 connector (11 on each side). You will notice that the 5c is a larger connector,even by looking at the images provided to you.

also, where do you recommend getting these parts? i use ebay but id like to know is there is somewhere more creditable. maybe mouser?

The iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S appear to have the same LCD connector (flex cable).

You may want to attempt it if you have the part readily available.
