after replacing the screen, hotspot and bluetooth are week signal, I would like to know where is the hardware part of the devices that manage bluetooth and the hotspot ( wifi share ) to check if it is ok, the signal is so weak that if I am using bluetooth and I walk 3mtrs the connection ends same for hotspot

most likely you didn't connect the coaxial antenna cable properly. Disassemble your device and check connections.
