My ps4 keeps making me reinstall 2.57 and I have other problems

My ps4 continues to make me reinstall this update 2.57 like over 10 times..I tried everything...I did data rebuild,didn't work.....I tried factory reset..didn't work...I tried everything the Sony representative would tell me to do...also sometimes my ps4 will turn off by if self..when I turn it back on....all my game downloads are gone..disapeared..I would have to download it all back over...just today..I was waiting on a download...I go back check the status..screen freezes up..ps4 cuts off..then it goes back to you need to download 2.57 software update..when I did that more than 10 times...can anyone help me..is it the hardware inside the ps4 have something to do with this or what? Please please let me know..I can't afford Sony repairs..it's just to much.any suggestions on cheap repairs or fixes that can help.
