Rear camera is not working and charging port

I have replaced my screen on my 4 s and now the rear camera wont work and the charging signal wont work but when I leave the fone off and charging it does charge?some of the video out there just show how to take out tje camera etc but therea not much answers!one video says tjere 2 chips on the motherboard and if one is missi g it causes the same problem but I dont know!also I have switched my fone with 3 different cameras all have same reaction
