mouse will track but not click to select
mouse will not select when cursor is is stopped on selection

I just fixed this problem on my wife's MacBook Air after several hours of resets, etc. It seems that her computer's bluetooth was also picking up the Magic Mouse on my MB Air. I unpaired my mouse on hers and now her Magic Mouse is working fine.

sometimes if you unscrew the screw that holds your mouse together and pull the two halves apart, the look to see if it is dirty inside, if it is get some rubbing alcohol, and a dull knife, and q tip and scrape dirt off parts insida, and clean with q tip then put mouse back together and wait fourty minutes for alcohol to dry, plug mouse back in computer, and reboot if that doesn't work get a new mouse
