How to fix my submerged phone

Hii I accidentally dropped my phone on the toilet bowl then I quickly removed the battery, sim cards, micro sd and put them in a container of rice then after 1 day i put them all back then there's this small pinch of water on the screen i tried to turn it on then my phone vibrates(it usually do that when i turn back on my phone) then screen is still black the notification lights because of low battery but still screen is black.Can you help me??

By the way:It's a Myphone Agua Rio you may not know this brand cause it might be exclusive only here at Philipines

Christofer Paglinawan, you will have to clean it just like any other phone. Skip the rice, it does not do anything other than give you a false sense of security. You do not want try to restart the phone. This may further damage your phone. The next thing to do is to clean it. Disassemble your phone using something like this video Then clean it with +90% isopropyl alcohol. Follow this guide, and even so it was written for a 3G all the points are still pertinent to your phone. While you clean your board, check for any obvious damage, like burned or missing components etc. When it is properly cleaned, replace the battery. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Once all this is done, reassemble your phone and reevaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
