Need to read the drive with and external reader

I have the Mac Book Air and I need to plug the drive into an external reader to retrieve data. This Mac Book Air has had a system board failure. I have removed the drive and need to read the drive with an external device to retrieve data.

Options

This model uses a 1.8" drive with either a ZIF or pin header connection. Some SATA to USB adapters offer the needed interface. Your other choice here is to find an adapter cable to connect the drive to the adapter.
