I can listen to click sound if I press lightly home button but it doesn't work. It works only if I press it with force.

It's time to replace flat ribbon ?

Both are ok. But even if you get a result, it will be very much temporary.

Both can ruin your screen. Use sparsly.

Finally, if I have to choose, I'd go for the contact cleaner.
