LG Optimus L70 LCD going dark after pressure

I replaced the digitizer and lcd. When putting the phone back together I noticed that the lcd would go dark after applying pressure to a certain part of the motherboard. Both lcd and digitizer work perfectly fine until pressure is applied to said area (the area is next to the lcd latch). Any ideas on what the issue is?
