itunes when power lead connected

Hi i dropped my phone in the bath for seconds .everything works besides the home button and when the phones turned off and the powers connected it comes up with the plug symbol and i tunes any idear,s it will charged when switched on . i will be replacing the home button and screen as it cracked do i need to replace anything else
