Consistent leak creating brown spots on driveway

Noticed leak after moving to a new location. Brown spots started showing up every place I parked in the driveway. I set a piece of cardboard underneath the engine to identify where the leak was coming from and what it was, it seems to be coming from the oil filter but I'm not positive as there are multiple brown spots on the cardboard. The consistency of the brown fluid is a little more watery than normal oil. Not sure what to make of it but I'm hoping it's not a huge problem. I hope I was clear enough on my description, if you need any further clarification please ask. Thank you very much in advance.

I had a 03 jeep liberty oil drips on the driveway. The problem with mine was the valve cover gaskets get brittle and start to leak. I noticed a smell almost like candle wax as I was driving as the oil tends to leak down on the exhaust manifold. I changed them myself. A little cramped to remove the valve covers but very doable
