Can someone tell me why this computer cuts off after a few seconds?

Need more info.
Does it boot all the way then shutoff or shutoff in the middle of boot.
How was it behaving before this issue.
Did you make any changes to software or hardware?

Jeff Hello. All lights come on for about 5 to 7 seconds. No pic on screen. Not much knowledge on behavior, as I bought it online.
