I replaced the lcd display of my iphone 4S and I ended up with this tiny part that I have never seen before on my other iphones. And I can't find anything on the internet.
Does anyone know where it goes? Or is it a broken part of something else?

That is a corner leg from the screen. It may have broken off from the old screen or the new screen.
