Code for a reset on the HP f4280 all-in-one printer

I have a friend who's f4280 hp printer is acting odly. When you turn it on, it feeds a piece of paper half way through and then gives a paper jam code. When you remove the paper, it repeats the same process over again. I know there is a code to to a cold reset, but don't know what it is. Can anybody help?
