transferring sensor and front camera holder

Just wondering how you guys transfer the little plastic sensor holders and front camera holder. I have a vendor where I get screens where these parts are already installed, but obviously the part is more expensive. When you pull them up, they dont adhere very well and it makes it difficult for the re-assemmbly. Anyways, just wanted to know if there was a way you tack these things back down when transferring them over.

thanks.

The plastic holders usually don't need to be glued down, some vendors sell it with them already glued, I usually find them a bit off centred especially when it comes to the camera holder.

What I usually do is just put the plastic holders in, and when you have screwed the metal plate in place, if the camera is off centre, use a plastic spudger to nudge it over to the centre, it works pretty well.

You don't have to worry about the proximity sensor being off as it is a very small space and just sits correctly anyway.

You could also try double sided adhesive to tack it in place if you don't feel like waiting for glue to dry :)
