Guide on how to replace its battery

I would like to purchase a new battery for a MacBook Pro 17", Mid 2010, Model A1297; I would like to see the instructions on how to do it and the part number I need.

I have seen the guide and part number needed for a 15" model but not for the 17" -

Will appreciate receiving any help on this
