iPhone 5s shuts off after apple logo

Hello,

My Iphone had drained to 0% and I left it overnight to charge. When I woke up it booted to the apple logo and went to a black screen that is tinted red and then it shuts off. I've already tried replacing the battery but it still does the same thing. Trying to update it and restore it in itunes didn't work either, it came up with error 2009. I'm out of luck, if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Options

Entering DFU Mode

1. Plug your device into your computer.

2. Turn off the device.

3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.

4. Hold the Home button without releasing the Power button for 10 seconds.

5. Release the Power Button but keep holding the Home button.

6. Keep holding the Home button until you are alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode

Make sure the device screen is blank and no logos are present.

Restore the phone
