Won't turn on after switching off

I have seen this appears to be some what of a common issue.

My phone was fully charged and turned off.

It won't turn on or charge.

Is there away to isolate the issue?

I've read it could be the motherboard or the battery.

Hello shawn

Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME UP buttons for at least 10 seconds. then restart function works. keep connect to the charger at least 15 Mins. phone should start to breathing :-)
