The power button on my Galaxy S3 is broken

My phone's power button is broken and so is the part of my phone where I plug in my charger. It wasn't really a problem at first. I'd just switch out the batteries and my phone would automatically turn on. But last night when I switched out the battery it didn't turn on like it normally would. Is there a way to turn it on without having to use a charger or the power button?

  • Here is the teardown guide and See step 9
  • Order new power switch and you can replace it you self, it will not cost more than $5
  • when you heating the power switch area keep remember to protect Broadcom chip near the power switch
