The PS4 automatically ejects a disc
I have a problem with my PS4 console when ever i start playing a game it ejects the disc out and the game shutdown..

This is a pretty common problem. Most of the time it's caused by the PS4 being set on either a dirty surface or it's set on a bunch of papers or other things. Check to be sure there isn't a bunch of stuff around it. Be sure that it's on a smooth, even surface that is clean and has nothing under it. That's the first thing to check.
Another thing you can try is setting it up on it's side and see if it still does it.
