People cant hear me when I put on loudspeaker

iPhone 4 caller can't hear me on calls but i can hear them while on loudspeaker

I have tried on calls and facetime. Still the same issue.

The moment i deselect loudspeaker i can hear and they can hear me. But when i select loudspeaker they cant hear me but i can hear them.. Please tell me how to fix this issue

I cleaned that small hole with stepler pin still the same issue..

Any other solution we can tried

Blow out (very well) the top pin hole, top microphone port, it is next to the Headphone Jack port. See if this helps. If not, take a small straightened staple and clean out this pin hole.
