Help with identifying components on logic board

I had an accident and knocked off a small component from my logic board and I'm not sure what it's for or if it was important.

The computer actually boots and seem to be working just fine.

Is anyone able to identify its functions?

Are you able to elaborate on what an "EMI pogo pin" does? The nerdy side of me is curious.

That vaguely mentions the EMI portion, I was more focused on the EMI part over the Pogo Pin portion. I basically wonder what the goal is behind these things.

Most likely to act as a filter for low frequency electromagnetic interference
