What parts do I need for my dell dimension to boot up

Computer doesn't boot and this is the screen in setup. I know i need something so does it matter the brand or model?

fault is your Hard disk is not detecting by the bios.

1) Check the IDE cable

2) Clean the IDE connectors

3) Check the jumper status : keep it master if no other device connect to the same cable

4) change the port if above 1-3 steps not work

5) Update the BIOS if above 1-4 steps not work

6) run diagnostic on motherboard related to IO / check the south bridge works find

yes the hard disk is not detected but it could be a bad hard disk
