My home screen is turning black when I slide to next screen

When i slide my home screen to the next screen....black colour is appearing in the screen. ...i uninstalled some of my downloaded apps and tried again....but still it was like that.then i switched of the tab and turned it on again.then it was alright..i also felt that my tab was slow too...pls help

It was already turned off

Backup the all data and reset the tab. you may solve if there is no hardware fault
