Does iPhone 5 use same volume button, power button and sim tray ? i found one on ebay for 5s for good price! the 5s buttons look the same, does any one know if i can use 5s buttons on the 5?

Do you mean the physical buttons or the flex cables? The buttons will be ok, the flex i wouldn't try if i were you. Why risk it?
