Will not make or receive phone calls

I broke my LCD and had to replace it. After replacing it, I am unable to receive or make phone calls. If someone calls me it just says I'm unavailable. If I attempt to call someone, it sits there for a couple of seconds, doesn't dial and hangs up.

I don't seem to have issues with sending or receiving text messages or using data though.
