i recently changed my battery and while i followed the steps while putting it back on and trying to turn it on i only receive vibrations non stop and a black screen with some strips. i have tried to resolve the problem by re-connecting the connectors but nothing has solved the problem i have also reconnected the battery connector but i receive nothing.

I would try getting another screen and seeing if that one works. Not sure why you would be getting constant vibrate. Depending on where you bought the screen replacement, there are a lot of people out there trying to scam and send crappy products. I have had the problem quite a few times.

i was replacing the battery not the screen i bought the battery here form i fix it and there closed now so i don't know what to do
I'm sorry. I read the question wrong. Did you disconnect the three cables that go to the screen? If so, they can be very tricky putting them back on. It is real easy to bend or brake the flex cable connectors. That would be my guess.
