Where I can buy this part for iPhone 6?
I have searched everywhere and can not find it . Someone could help me .

This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question.
As Jessa suggests, coils don’t tend to fail that often however in this case, we can see that it has been damaged. It may still be functional though so it’s important determine if it’s replacement is really necessary as you don’t want to do repairs adjacent to the CPU for nothing.
Most of these coils cannot be found with standard electronic components suppliers like DigiKey or Mouser as it appears that Apple custom orders these to have specific size requirements. You can usually order these from Chinese sellers on Aliexpress or from suppliers who specialize in micro-soldering parts.
