Does this model of iMac have an autoswitching power supply?

I have an iMac Intel 20" EMC 2133 out in Singapore (locally bought out there) that won't power on any more after years of performing flawlessly. I suspect it's the power supply having flamed out. Since Singapore uses 220V, will the power supply modules sold at iFixit work (i.e., are they autoswitching between 110V and 220V like the rest of Apple's iMac power supplies)?

As far as I know Apple has never made any power supply or AC adapter that would not work with world wide voltages. Take a look at the diagnostic light to the right of the RAM slots. The #1 LED will light up if the machine is even getting trickle power but not the #2 when the power button is pushed, although it may flash once if the power supply is bad..
