2 Why is my camera not working?
I dropped the tablet, not hard, then the camera is not work as it supposed to be. Is my camera broken?

Most likely the camera is damaged, you should consider replacing it or not using it. If you want to replace the camera there is a replacement guide, Camera Replacement
