mute button issue .

I tried to replace the Volume/ mute Flexcable,

But some how the mute button has inside to pins that fix on the metal but when this is attached to the metal then the pins seems to be to long .

As i can't screw the metal anymore to the Iphone.

On my first atemp i removed the pins . But then the button moves without clicking .

So bad idea .

Second attemp only removed 1 pin but same issue . It looks like the pins are to long .

Anyone with same issue or a fix?
