Any spare part differences between international and US versions?

I live in Singapore, so the iphones here(4s-6+) are international versions. I'm trying to repair phones for my friends however when trying to order the replacement LCD on ebay, I noticed that it states that it's for US iphones(ATT,sprint,verizon etc).

Any idea if the LCDs would work over here? AFAIK the only differences in iphones are the bands/SIM, the rest of the hardware should be the same?

iPhone 4s screens have different brackets for different carriers

iPhone 5-5s-6 all screens are compatable with all carriers
