The rear panel of my iphone 6 plus is broken. Can I replace it with a new one? Because, broken rear panel has IMEI number of the iphone on it. How do I get the same IMEI number on the replacement/new rear panel?

You can. The IMEI is laser engraved so you need to find someone to do that.
