Dropped iPhone and right side of the screen wont work?

I was working out and as I was leaving I dropped my phone and it looked fine there was no cracks but there was this line on the right side of the screen and everything to the left of the screen works fine but its really annoying because I cant send any messages or call because sadly those buttons are on the right side of the screen. It wasnt a huge issue until i realized I couldn't enter landscape mode. Please help

Options

Either a connector for the screen has come loose or if not the screen is damaged and a new 1 will fix

I would say con is right, take off the screen and make sure the connectors are on properly. If that doesnt work a new screeen should fix the problem.
