I dropped my phone, now I can't make calls. Why?

I dropped my phone on the ground. My screen works, wifi works, everything works on the phone except for making calls. Is it something I can personally fix or does this require me submit it to an apple store?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

A little more info would be helpful. I assume your calls are just failing when you dial ? also are you getting cellular signal ?

More than likely i would think this is an issue with your antenna connector , you would just have to remove the back of the phone , disconnect the battery and check to make sure the antenna is pressed firmly in place . Check this guide. iPhone 4S Cellular Antenna Replacement in step 11 you will see the antenna connection.

Try each of these one at a time to see if you can make a call. Take straightened paper clip, remove SIM Tray, replace SIM Tray. Open Settings App and toggle OFF and ON Airplane Mode, leaving it OFF. Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to restart itself. Open Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
