Re-using copper grounding tape when replacing front camera?

Having problems with front camera and proximity sensor since replacing the screen of an iPhone 5s (screen freezes when front camera selected in Facetime, grey screen if just trying the front camera). Have checked 3 times that connectors were in properly, camera+ sensor clicked into the metal/plastic holders, small rubber boot placed properly and 4 screws in their right position on the front panel assembly cable bracket. Looked for damage with magnifier: couldn't see any...

As anyone got a suggestion?

Now thinking of replacing the front camera+proximity sensor but can't find any information regarding the grounding tape. If I am careful peeling it off, can I re-use it? Or does it definitely need to be a new one?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I hope that's what it is too...

Would like to go ahead with replacing the front camera+proximity sensor, so if careful peeling the grounding tape off, can I re-use it? Or does it definitely need to be a new one?

Can't find any information online on this.

If anyone tried re-using: was result ok?

Thanks!
