I've just got finish replacing my screen

I replaced the screen on my iPhone 5c and all I see is a black screen and white lines going down the left side of my screen.I can still turn my phone on and off but when I turn it off I don't see the "slide to power off" or the Apple logo when I turn it on. I just see white lines. Also, I looked at my digitizer and my LCD cable and they look completely fine. I also hear the snap when im connecting them to the logic board. So, I have no idea what can be wrong with it

kobe, something like that

can be caused by a bad digitizer connector

like this. Check the ends of the connector. The plastic of the connector has been compressed into the connector, causing it to flare out and preventing from making proper contact.

Possibly the LCD flex ribbon connector is the problem, check if it's dirty or damaged. Or you'll have to buy a new replacement.

These guys are right---bad displays are really common. You'll have to rule that out first before looking for board damage which can also cause this.
