Stuck on searching and regular solutions do not work

A clients ip[hone 4s after screen repair now is stuck in searching, it is an cdma carrier with no sim card but before repair it worked just fine. I have replaced the blue coil, antennae, reset date and time, rebooted a thousand times and it still is on searching. In case of relevance the rear facing camera doesnt work even after being replaced and i cannot update it to 8.1.3, i get an error message.
