Does anyone know where to find a replacement for the outter glass and silver bezel surrounding the camera on a Black 3G 8GB iPhone? Does it come as a part of the black back casing?

Not sure exactly what you mean by the outer glass and silver bezel, unless you're referring to the entire rear case. You can remove the rear case with this guide. If the glass on the camera is scratched, though, you might have to replace it.

I believe the chrome is integrated into the back case, but you can get the glass/plastic cover here.
