Error bug after replacing screen

Okay, so i just replaced the iPhone 5c screen after watching a guide, when i boot up the iPhone it worked for about 3-4 hours then the touch screen went out but there was still display then rebooted the apple logo diplayed with a paragraph of numbers and words about the "[NAND] _flashmediaandkeepout:601 physical nana block offset 1" what does this mean? how can i fix it? Thank you! Here is a picture.

Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone restarts itself. If still problem, turn iPhone OFF and open up iPhone again and carefully reconnect the front screen flex connectors to the logic board perfectly. If there is trouble turning iPhone OFF, hold home and power buttons for 2-3 seconds until it turns OFF, then release the buttons.

I tried the reset the lines went away but the booting error persists the code continues to show again and continues rebooting continuously
