Problem with back camera also microphone is not working in SKYPE

I have a very strange issue after I replaced power/volume button flex cable in my Iphone 5.

- First. I noticed back camera is working but doesn't focus on close objects. Is this hardware issue? missaligned flex plug after dismount? -very strange.

- Second. Microphone is not working but only when I use SKYPE or any other handsfree service like Facetime. Is it possible that mic located close to back camera is not working or something ?
