How to fix hp compaq dc7700 small form factor internal graphic card?

hello i have a hardware problem

in my internal graphic card!

and i don't know how to fix it

because when i open a 3d game or hd video the computer reboot and i had a error msg like this

Hello,

Blue screens are not necessarily a Hardware issue.

1. you may have the incorrect drivers for this unit try to verify you have the correct on-board video drivers though the HP website.

2. You may want to open this unit and look at its capacitors this model is famous for bad capacitors that will give you all kinds of software issues. Bad capacitors will not properly deliver power to your components causing malfunctions.
