Hello, Blue screens are not necessarily a Hardware issue. 1. you may have the incorrect drivers for this unit try to verify you have the correct on-board video drivers though the HP website. 2. You may want to open this unit and look at its capacitors this model is famous for bad capacitors that will give you all kinds of software issues. Bad capacitors will not properly deliver power to your components causing malfunctions. If you need help verifying Ill be more than happy to help. What version of windows are you using?
