Which Repairset for shattered screen and not working Touch?

This week I succeeded in destroying my Nexus 4 display. I dropped a glass bottle on the bottom edge of the touchscreen and the whole screen shattered.

Also little pieces of glass have come out of the screen. Now the Touchscreen in the lower right area isn't working anymore.

On the lower left and in the whole top area it is normaly responsive.

The Problem is, that the repair sets on ebay reach from 20 to 80 Euros.

What set (Touch glass....) will I need to buy?

Thanks

The touchscreen only is about 20 euros, while the whole LCD assembly is about 80 euros. The touchscreen is not so easy to be separated from the LCD display, thus I'd suggest you to replace the whole LCD assembly than the touchscreen only. It costs higher, but makes your replacement work easier and less risky. I also recommend to buy replacement parts here: http://www.etradesupply.com/lg/android-m... they sell both oem and aftermarket screens. It's hard to tell the screen you buy from ebay is original or not even they all claim to be oem. Good luck!

I can try to repair the whole thing for 80€ or buy a used working phone for 100€.

Isn't the set for 48€ also good?

Thanks!

The reviews showed that this part can work as expected even though it's aftermarket, while this one gets more reviews http://www.etradesupply.com/oem-lg-nexus... as it's oem, cost $10 higher.

iFixit scores it 7 to teardown, 10 is the easiest, seems like the replacement work is not that hard. Plus there're plenty of DIY repair guides on Youtube. Good luck.
