Exactly what do you mean by "extract"? What are you trying to do?

I am trying to move emails rom my no longer active exchange account to outlook mac. These emails are downloaded onto windows outlook.

But I do not have pst files as the emails are in exchange ost files and outlook mac does not support ost files.

Try exporting them AS.
