This accesory may note be supported?

My iPhone doesnt charge unless I turn it off.

So, when my iPhone is turned on and I connect it to power source to charge it, it shows "This accesory may not be supported". And it doesnt charge!

But, when my iPhone is connected and i turn it off and leave it that way it charges!

Why and how to fix this?

I've tried switching cables and lots of them, really. All of them work with my friends iPhone.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It's a software or hardware problem (charger port)

Try this:

1) Plug charger in when it's turned on

2) When you get the error message hold your finger on the dismiss button

3) While still pressing on the screen, remove the charger and then plug it back in

That may fix it, let me know.
