how do i delete videos?

Plug your iPod into your computer. Then in iTunes, select the icon for your iPod in the left hand column. Then you should be able to find the controls to set your synching preferences to manual and individually unselect the videos you don't want to sync from your computer to your iPod. When you resync, the unselected videos should be removed from your iPod.
