Black display output on Asus R7 260X video card?

I bought a new VGA (Asus r7 260x), when i plug it in de OS(Windows 8.1) doesnt boot, not even the BIOS, so just a black screen and no signal. With my old vga it boots and everything is ok. We tried the 260x in an other computer and it worked.

What should i do?

I reset the CMOS many times and unplug then plug the vga.

It boot perfect with the integrated vga too.

Sounds like your card is incompatible with your system. What motherboard are you using? What model is your old card? Obviously the card is okay if it works in another computer.

ok i fixed it, i just forget to upgrade BIOS :)

Its faulty VGA Card.Simply change it.
